Wesley Snipes, the 45-year old comic actor made famous by films like Major League, Too Wong Fu Thanks for Everything and White Men Can't Jump was sentenced to 36 months in Florence Federal Correctional Complex, known as one of the hardest supermax prisons in the United States. 

The judge cited the fear of prison riots due to the fact that Snipes is a confirmed vampire, detailed in exhibits A-B which were the two films in the Blade trilogy that Snipes starred in. There is no word on how this creature of the night spent the $ 7.4 million he withheld from the IRS in income tax, though it is reported that he was upset about not being cast opposite Brad Pitt in Interview With A Vampire.
